Abstract:
In times of Warring Kingdoms and the Qin and the Han Dynasty, agricultural employment relation gained preliminary development. However, the agricultural employment relation at the time was not of close feudal personal attachment, but assumed many economic features. For instance, agricultural employment relation was established based on a mutual need for demand and supply, the realistic status of the employing and the employed differed according the employer’s place and the employment span, and money was the main form of agricultural employment payment. Considering agricultural development in times of Warring Kingdoms and the Qin and the Han Dynasty, the reasons for development of agricultural employment relation can be generalized, in terms of demand and supply of employment, as evolution of agricultural productive relations, formation of technical system of intensive cultivation of traditional agriculture, and development of development of commodity economy in the field of agriculture.
