Abstract:
At present, Chinese middle class is vigorously growing, which attracts great concern both at home and abroad. Meanwhile, however, we are being puzzled at how to interpret the phenomenon of middle class and how to precisely define middle class and whatever. Actually, the rapid advancement of industrialization, urbanization and marketization offers a means for us to comprehend the growth of Chinese middle class from a multiangle, including economy, culture, social resources and so on. However, under the special circumstances of globalization, we must clearly see the distinctions of Chinese middle class from its western counterpart. Thus, it will help the complicated relations between different elements behind its complex definition to scrutinize the clues of define implications of Chinese middle class.
