Abstract:
The world today is marked by changes unseen in a century，international public opinion will undergo significant changes based on the traditional pattern of international public opinion. The dominant position of American and Western public opinion will gradually weaken, and public opinion in developing countries may face the possibility of “standing in line” and “coercion”, making China’s international public opinion environment more complex. In the era of great changes, the international public opinion situation presents an integrated and normalized trend of international public opinion struggle, as well as a hidden trend of ideological public opinion struggle. Based on this trend, we should uphold the concept of a community with a shared future for humankind and promote exchanges and mutual learning among world civilizations, innovate the international communication discourse system and construct a balanced discourse for international public opinion, an innovate international communication methods and improve the accuracy and effectiveness of international communication.
