Abstract:
With the deepening of the new round of scientific and technological revolution and industrial transformation, modern communication technology has had a profound impact on the theory and implementation of economic and social development, and the digital economy has gradually become an important driving force to realize green economic development and the transformation of economic and social production mode. At the theoretical level, the digital economy broadens the analytical framework of economic growth, weakens the important role of geographical distance in the industrial organization and innovation process, and becomes the institutional supply that supports the independent governance of largescale public resources. At the practical level, the internal logic of enabling green development in the digital economy is reflected in four aspects: efficiency improvement, collaborative agglomeration, innovative interaction and ecological governance platform. At the practical level, it is necessary to promote industrial upgrading led by the digital industry, build a green economic system based on cloud agglomeration, drive the green innovation fueled by digital technology, and improve the governance capacity based on digital platform to achieve the enabling green development of the digital economy. Furthermore, attention should be paid to risk prevention in the digital economy to ensure steady and green economic and social development.
