The centurylong practice course of higher education for cadres led by the Communist Party of China is based on the logic of the Party’s goals and central tasks in each historical stage to meet the needs of social changes,gradually building up a unique form of higher education for cadres. The regular characteristic is to strengthen the Party’s construction through higher education for cadres. We will foster a strong and theoretically innovative group of leaders to plan the revolution and construction strategies, train leading cadres at all levels and of all types, and transform the Party’s line, principles and policies into conscious practical actions of the people by millions of cadres who “remain true to their original aspiration and keep their mission firmly in mind” to achieve the victory of all undertakings.The basic experience accumulated includes: adhering to the leadership of the Communist Party of China to forge the core motivation for the sustainable development of cadres’ higher education; adhering to the guidance of the Chinese Marxist theory to strengthen the political and ideological education of cadres; and following the principle of combining theory with practice to enhance the effectiveness of cadres’ higher education. This is the “Magic Weapon of Education” of the Communist Party of China in winning the new democratic revolution and the socialist construction.
