Foreignrelated emergency language services are an important embodiment of the modernization of national governance system and governance capacity, which can avoid international disputes, resolve crises, and improve the international image of China. In recent years, the research on emergency language service in China has just started, so there is little discussion on foreignrelated emergency language service. Based on the foreignrelated language service cases fighting Covid19 in China, this study analyzed the connotation, composition and services strategy of emergency language service. It is believed that foreignrelated emergency language services are a type of language service, which is an important part of national language strategic ability, and is relative to internal emergency language services.When providing foreignrelated emergency language services, the strategies of service implementation subject, service opportunity, service content and service channel should be comprehensively considered to ensure the effectiveness of emergency services.
