Abstract:
Online live broadcasting shows are a new business form derived from Internet technology，which aims to obtain the audience’s reward. Nowadays, the chaos of online broadcasting show occurs frequently. Some contents and forms conflict with the mainstream values of the society, affecting economic production, social harmony and development. Due to the huge benefits involved in online broadcasting shows, it is easy to cause more problems if completely prohibited. Regulating the development of online broadcasting shows is the best choice at present. Reasonable regulation of online broadcasting show should comply with the legal theory of moderate freedom, order and justice. In order to construct a tridimensional regulatory system, we should take the existing regulatory system as the basis, properly modify the regulatory entity , regulatory mode and regulatory means, encourage the combination of industry selfdiscipline and legal regulation, and introduce technological regulatory tools.
