构建高质量教师教育学科体系的意义、特征及路径

摘要:
教师教育学科的创设要旨在于构建一个致力于创新教师培养模式的知识领域,完成培养高质量教师的实践任务。高质量的教师教育学科体系是教师教育学科独立的理论体系、严密的制度体系和完善的学术组织体系的有机构成。高质量的教师教育学科体系是教师教育高质量发展的“源动力”,其本质特征集中体现为以中国式现代化思想理念为根本遵循,以跨学科协同化发展方式为基本路向,以培养人民满意的高质量教师为根本目的。构建高质量教师教育学科体系,需要充分激发制度供给的“强引擎”作用,发挥部属师范大学的“领头雁”和多元主体的“共建者”作用。唯有如此,才能切实推动教师队伍建设实现高质量发展新突破。

The Significance, Characteristics and Path of Constructing a Highquality Teacher Education Discipline System

Abstract:
The purpose of teacher education discipline is to construct a knowledge domain dedicated to innovating the teacher training model and complete the practical task of training highquality teachers.The discipline system of teacher education is an organic component of the independent theoretical system, strict institutional system and perfect academic organization system of teacher education discipline.The highquality teacher education discipline system is the “source power” for the highquality development of teacher education.Its essential characteristics are mainly embodied in the basic adherence to the ideology of the Chinese path to modernization, the basic direction of interdisciplinary collaborative development, and the fundamental purpose of cultivating highquality teachers to the satisfaction of the people.To build a highquality teacher education discipline system, we need to fully stimulate the “strong engine” role of system supply, show the “bellwethers” role of subordinate normal universities, and play the role of “constructor” of multiple subjects.Only in this way can we effectively promote the construction of the teaching staff and achieve new breakthroughs in highquality development.
