Abstract:
Based on the relevant data of China from 2015 to 2020, the threestage super efficiency EBM model is used to analyze the spatial and temporal pattern characteristics and differences of the efficiency of smart elderly care services, and a projection analysis is used to determine the redundancy rate of the input and output of smart elderly care. The results show that environmental factors have a great impact on the efficiency of smart elderly care services; pure technical efficiency plays a pulling role in the efficiency, while scale efficiency has the role.China’s smart elderly care service efficiency is characterized by unbalanced regional development. The eastern and southern coastal areas have strong resource allocation capacity, the middle reaches of the Yangtze River have high technology and management levels, and the northeast and northwest regions have low industrial autonomy. The application efficiency of smart infrastructure construction is low, and the utilization rate of smart elderly care’s human capital needs to be improved. This paper offers the following suggestions: improve the cooperation mechanism between society, government and enterprises, and external socioeconomic environment;introduce emerging technologies and experience;develop the collaborative innovation network of industry, university and research, and advance the scale efficiency. Finally, is should promote the coordinated application of regional resources, give full play to the advantages of resource allocation in the eastern coastal areas and the Southern coastal areas, as well as the technology and management in the middle reaches of the Yangtze River.
