During the exploration of the Communist Party of China literary and art system, although the party’s literary and art system has not been formally institutionalized, it has objectively formed three basic normative directions: “propaganda”, “practice” and “organizational transformation”. Through the two organizational methods of branch construction and cultural party group construction, the Communist Party of China obtained the leadership of the literary and art circles.
