高质量发展主题下的用户贡献内容与出版知识服务

摘要:
高质量发展是新发展阶段国家对出版产业发展提出的新要求,提升知识服务能力是出版高质量发展的重要途径。而提升知识服务能力的关键在于优化知识资源形成机制。对于出版企业而言,面向社交媒体和大数据环境,充分利用用户贡献内容的价值无疑是一种提高知识服务能力的有效方法。从当前环境下知识生产模式的转变以及新型知识生产模式与出版知识服务的关联看,用户贡献内容模式对出版知识服务发展具有推动作用,出版业要充分认识并利用用户贡献内容及其与出版业之间的价值联系,采取各种方式促进出版业高质量发展。

Usergenerated Content and Publishing Knowledge Services Under the Theme of Highquality Development

Abstract:
With high quality development being a new countryproposed requirement to the publication industry, improving knowledge service capability becomes an essential approach to the realization of high quality development of publications.The key to improve knowledge service capability lies in optimizing the formation mechanism of knowledge resources. As for publication enterprises, maximizing the value of usercontributed content is undoubtedly an effective way to enhance knowledge service capability.This paper starts from the transition of knowledge production mode under current environment and the connection between new knowledge production mode and publication knowledge service, explores the promoting function by the mode of user contributed content to the development of the publication knowledge service, and proposes a function mechanism and transition approach, with user contributed content being its characteristic, for the publication knowledge service, expecting to inspire and provide some reference for the high quality development of publication knowledge services.
