教师创新能力发展及影响因素研究——基于2018年“教与学国际调查”上海数据的分析

摘要:
创新能力是教师专业素养的核心。“经济合作与发展组织”开展的“教与学国际调查”从创新准备、创新意愿和创新实践3个维度开展教师创新能力调查。基于2018年该组织在上海市的教师问卷数据,采用描述统计、方差分析、分层回归分析等方法,研究发现: 教师创新意愿表现较好,而创新准备与创新实践较差;教师年龄、教龄对其创新能力的3个维度均会产生显著影响;任教科目显著影响其创新准备与创新意愿;教师是否为首选职业显著影响其创新意愿;团队合作、工作满意度、参与专业发展活动对创新能力的3个维度有显著正向影响;学校氛围在上述3因素对教师创新准备和创新实践的影响中起到正向调节作用。据此,建议推动教龄较长的专家型教师积极参与帮扶带教,强化专业发展活动的顶层设计,致力培养教师的现代教学技能,创建民主、合作、开放的学校氛围,以期提高教师创新的信心和能力。

The Extent and Influencing Factors of Teachers’ Innovation:Evidences From TALIS 2018 Survey in Shanghai

Abstract:
Teachers’ innovation is the core of teachers’ professional qualities. Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development has launched the Teaching and Learning International Survey, in which teachers’ innovation includes preparedness for innovation, willingness to innovate, and innovative teaching practice. Based on the data from TALIS 2018 survey in Shanghai, the study investigates the extent and influencing factors of teachers’ innovation by means of descriptive statistics, single factor analysis of variance, and stratification regression analysis. The results show that teachers’ willingness to innovate is better, but preparedness for innovation and innovative teaching practice is insufficient. Teachers of different age and teaching age have different levels in the three aspects of innovation. The innovation preparation and willingness of Chinese, maths, foreign language and science teachers have difference with significance. Teachers who first choose as a career in teaching are more willing to innovate than the other teachers. Engagements in collaborative activities, participating in professional development activities and job satisfaction have remarkable positive influence on the three aspects of innovation. School climate shows obviously regulating effect on the influence of the above three factors on teachers’ innovative preparation and innovative practice. Therefore, the research proposes specific measures to enhance teachers’ innovation. First, specialized teachers with longer teaching experience should be encouraged to take an active part in mentoring. Second, strengthening the toplevel planning for professional development activities to develop teachers’ advanced teaching skills. Finally, the effective school climate should be created,which is democratic, cooperative and open.
