农村职业教育培育新型职业农民的现实困顿与实践路向

摘要:
农村农业现代化是实现乡村全面振兴的基础,新型职业农民是推动农村农业现代化的支柱性力量。无论在政策规定、历史经验,还是自身独特属性层面都彰显着培育新型职业农民是农村职业教育的基本使命。但当前城镇化倾向明显与新型职业农民本质属性相背离、异质化观照不足与新型职业农民个性化发展相脱节、功利化取向突出与新型职业农民可持续发展相矛盾等问题的存在使农村职业教育在新型职业农民的培育中严重缺位。因此,乡村振兴背景下,农村职业教育应采取立志以定向强化农民务农动力、强智以引行塑造农村现代气息、持技以立农促进农业转型升级的措施增强自身培育新型职业农民的定力与实力。

The Realistic Difficulties and Practical Direction of Rural Vocational Education to Cultivate Newtype Professional Farmers

Abstract:
Rural agricultural modernization is the basis for the overall revitalization of rural areas, and newtype professional farmers are the pillar force that promotes rural agricultural modernization.Regardless of policy regulations, historical experience, or its own unique attributes, it is obvious that cultivating new professional farmers is the basic mission of rural vocational education.However, current rural vocational education faces problems such as the urbanization trend obviously deviates from the essential attributes of the newtype professional farmers, the lack of heterogeneity is out of touch with the personalized development of the new-type professional farmers, and the prominent utilitarian orientation contradicts the sustainable development of the newtype professional farmers.Rural vocational education is seriously lacking in the cultivation of newtype professional farmers.Therefore, under the background of comprehensive township revitalization, rural vocational education should take measures that are determined to strengthen the motivation of farmers to work in agriculture, strengthen their wisdom to guide and shape the modern atmosphere of the countryside, and hold skills to promote the transformation and upgrading of agriculture to enhance rural vocational education determination and strength in cultivating newtype professional farmers.
