协同与融合:职业教育服务乡村振兴的逻辑理路

摘要:
中国的任何现代化进程,都绕不开乡村的现代化。实施乡村振兴战略,是全面建设社会主义现代化国家的重要抉择与必由之路。而乡村振兴战略的最终实现,离不开职业教育的功能支持与路向引领。按照系统论的观点,把乡村社会系统解构为结构、要素和功能3个因素单元,以此析厘职业教育服务乡村振兴的核心因素,借以建构以“跳出来”的跨界思维为逻辑前提、“走下去”的扎根行动为逻辑位育以及“融其中”的协同机制为逻辑进阶的职业教育服务乡村振兴的逻辑框架。在此基础上,以资源统整盘活职业教育服务乡村振兴的技术赋能,供给耦合激活职业教育服务乡村振兴的内部机理,多元联动保障职业教育服务乡村振兴的持久效能,进而构建职业教育服务乡村振兴的协同融合机制。

Collaboration and Integration: The Logical Framework of Vocational Education Serving Rural Revitalization

Abstract:
The Chinese modernization process can not ignore rural modernization.It is a significant alternatives and necessary path to implement the rural revitalization strategy, in order to comprehensively build a modern socialist country.The realization of the rural revitalization strategy depends on functional support and direction of vocational education.According to the system theory, deconstruct the rural social system into three element units of structure, element, and function.This analyzes the core factors of vocational education serving the revitalization of rural areas, and constructs a crossborder thinking of “outside of the box” as the logical premise.The rooted action of “stand in rural shoes” is the logical position education, and the coordination mechanism of “immersing in” serves as a logical framework for logically advanced vocational education to serve rural revitalization.On this basis, use resources to integrate and revitalize the technical empowerment of vocational education to serve rural revitalization, supply coupling to activate the internal mechanism of vocational education to serve rural revitalization, and multiple linkages to ensure the lasting effectiveness of vocational education to serve rural revitalization, and then build vocational education to serve rural revitalization.This is direction of coordinated and integrated action for revitalization.
